• You can email us the scanned copy of the prescription at info@mtpkit.com.
• It must be prescribed by an authorized doctor.
• We do not accept prescription which is accessed from an online source.
• It must be written in English.
• In case of omission of needed information on the submitted prescription, our admin will contact you for further details.
