mtpkit.com deliver all our orders from well known courier companies who work their beat to offer safe and fast service.  We will provide tracking number of our order once the order is conformed and payment is done successfully. Through the tracking number you can track the location of your product.

Shipping service which we provide:

• Standard– 70$ delivery time 7-12 working days
• Express Shipping -99$ delivery town 3-5 working days
• Overnight Express Shipping USA to USA – $150 Delivery time 1-2 working days.

In some adverse circumstances, such as awful weather situation, we might delay shipping for 1 to 2 days. In such conditions we will update about this to our customer in advance and provide them the estimated delivery date.

Under few circumstances such as bad weather condition, incorrect address and strikes, our courier companies do not works. There can be delay in 1 to 2 days in such situations and if these situations arise, we will inform our customer in advance and provide them the estimated date of delivery.

RE-SHIPPING POLICY:

1. In case of mismatch or loss product, we will reship your order. If the product do not match with the product which you have ordered from our website, in that case call our customer service.

2. If the product is already opened or tampered, you can send us the evidence of tampered product either by making video or by taking photographs and send us on our mail. We will take action on your complain and re-ship your order with next 3-4 days.

We are not responsible if you have not received your product because of incorrect or wrong mailing address which you have provided to us.
